I believe that self-care is the key. When I figured out I that needed to slow down and take time for myself, I began to live my life in better balance, to balance “being” and “doing.” Through my various studies and personal work, I discovered that self-love and compassion are the basic stepping-stones to building a more balanced path.
My vision is that all people of the world can have compassion for themselves and others, knowing that this inner and inter-“connectedness” is the Heart Beat of a healthy world.
