Refilling Your Well-Wellness Center is a natural path to wellness, healing and balance. I utilize a holistic approach that connects Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Psychosynthesis, two expansive practices built on seeing, understanding, and loving all the parts of a person. Through my explorations in NVC and Psychosynthesis, and the many creative exercises inherent in both, I help people to claim the divided parts of themselves. Together we offer these aspects of self the care they need be integrated, developing a more centered, whole, and loving identity.
I have found that self-care is the first key to loving our whole self. When I learned I that needed to slow down and take time for myself, I began to live my life in better balance. I began to balance “being” and “doing”. Through my various studies and personal work, I discovered that self-love and self-compassion are the basic stepping-stones to building a more balanced identity. Through my work I developed an App to support my clients and their progress between individual sessions. If an hour a week was helpful, wouldn’t it be great to practice these skills daily? So I incorporated a few key skills in the App, mindfulness (to be in the present moment), disidentification (to separate from our stories) and Self-Compassion (to love ourselves). My vision is that all people of the world can have compassion for themselves and others, knowing that this inner and inter-connectedness is the heartbeat of a healthy world. As a certified Life Coach and Psychosynthesis counselor, I share strategies and support to help others on their path of self actualization.

With Nonviolent Communication (NVC) we learn to hear our own deeper needs and those of others. Through its emphasis on deep listening—to ourselves as well as others—NVC helps us discover the depth of our own compassion. This language reveals the awareness that all human beings are only trying to honor universal values and needs, every minute, every day.
Spiritual psychology and spiritual counseling enables clients to better understand their own beliefs and work through personal confusion. Within this practice, we take a look at the inner-self to work through both internal and external conflicts.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
The act of meditation begins and ends in the body. It involves taking the time to pay attention to where we are and what’s going on, and that starts with being aware of our body. That very act can be calming, since our body has internal rhythms that help it relax if we give it a chance.
